This mapper is used for the Famicom Disk System ([[FDS]]) BIOS ROM-image (if it is dumped in [[iNES]] format; there are also raw BIOS dumps without iNES header).

At some point it was realized that that's a terrible idea (.NES holds a ROM image, FDS images aren't read-only except in the old Disk Writer kiosk), so don't do it.
